Tip: Everyone has their own philosophy when it comes to smoking. We recommend 20g (a handful) of smoking chips for a gentle, short smoking process, for example, for vegetables, and 40g of HACK for fish or meat. Of course, it’s up to you whether you soak our smoking chips beforehand or start completely dry.
